Source Deli Meet the Brewer

Last Saturday we held a very successful Meet the Brewer/ Hardknott Food and Beer pairing at Source Deli in Ormskirk.

    An excellent video, really captures the essence of the evening.

    I did spot a right couple of beer geeks at one point - one with a notebook and the other taking close-ups of a glass of beer, I have no idea who they might be.

    BTW who was that charming chap in the grey shirt? He seemed quite noble... ;)

This blog was originally started by Dave to describe difficulties running a pub, and then later a brewery.

He has now left the beer industry, probably forever, quite disillusioned by the whole experience.
