Cask Duty Petition

Saw an article in the Morning Advertiser about reducing duty on cask ale.

The Landlord of a pub has started an epetition to call for the reduction of duty on cask ale - this is a fantastic idea.

    Thanks for the link Woolpack. Good Idea. I signed it but fear it will be as successful as the petition doing the rounds to get Laura White reinstated on X Factor. But the Govt is in a rather fiscally generous mood at the moment so who knows!

This blog was originally started by Dave to describe difficulties running a pub, and then later a brewery.

He has now left the beer industry, probably forever, quite disillusioned by the whole experience.
